Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Bettr (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by local law) to use the App.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Some features require a paid subscription processed through Apple. Manage or cancel via your Apple ID settings. Taxes may apply. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies unless otherwise permitted by law.
5. Health & Safety
The App provides informational and motivational tools. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for professional treatment or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call your local emergency number.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including content, trademarks, and software, is owned by Bettr or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.
8. User Content & Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it to improve the App.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
11. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bettr and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bettr from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [choose your country/state], without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of [venue] unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. If you prefer arbitration, tell us and we can add an arbitration clause.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
